Once you've selected from our range of finishes, you may pick from various pre-selected typefaces including classic serifs, modern sans-serifs, script styles, and more, or you can send us your font inspiration or a handwritten message. 

- If you use a pre-selected font, simply fill in the 'PERSONALIZATION BOX' with your desired names or phrases. For example, you may insert your initials or name, your mother's name, the names of your children, your spouse or lover, a favorite quotation, or a religious phrase—the possibilities are endless! You can also choose to add a special symbol that holds sentimental value. 

- Go all out with a personal touch—your very own handwriting or signature or provide us your font inspiration. Use our image upload tool to submit a photo or scan of the signature, handwritten message, etc.. We'll digitalize your design and send it to you for approval. We'll get back to you with a design approval request within a day or two, so keep an eye on your email. Please remember that processing and shipment will take 7-12 business days after your final design is approved. 

For the best possible results, if you submit a picture or scan of your message, please ensure that it is good quality and that the photos are clear, not fuzzy.

During busy times, such as holidays, it might vary. This product is the best of both worlds - a truly customized piece of jewelry combined with unbeatable quality! If it requires design services, processing and shipping time is 7-12 business days after your final design has been approved. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, and special order items, as well as items damaged by normal wear and tear, are not returnable. Sale items are nonreturnable. No returns on items purchased using a promotional code.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your personalized Custom Name Jewelry™ is packaged and ready to gift in a delightful jewelry gift box. The size of the storage box is approx. 10in W x 10in L x 1.37795 H and weighs about 4oz with your piece of custom jewelry.

Our handcrafted pieces are water-resistant. Getting them wet for an extended period is not advisable if you want to keep their luster. Even if you could take them into the bathroom with you, we wouldn't recommend it.

18K Gold-plated jewelry should be maintained with additional care regularly since it can tarnish and flake over time. Avoid wearing them while doing domestic activities such as dishwashing or other household work. Take them off before showering, and store them in their original package.
If your object begins to tarnish, bathe it in warm water with Marseille soap to restore its luster.

Q: Can I use special characters to write the names (in Arabic, Russian, etc.)?
A: You can now write your first names in the language of your choice! Every special character is also available, including @, $, &, *, etc.

Q: Can I add accents to the names or words?
A: Without a doubt, you are free to use any accent. When ordering, please use the first name in accents.
